*All Events must be approved at ( minimum ) two weeks prior to Event date.
*50% Deposit must be paid one week prior to Event.
*Event Payment must be payed in full (24 hours) prior event.
*Deposit can only be refunded if event is canceled (24 hours) prior event.
*All Events must be paid in Cash.
*Renter must provide valid Credit Card on file in case of additional charges.
